Responsibility of the organizer :


Kata mambo reserves the right to cancel the planned activity or excursion if the minimum number of participants is not reached or due to a case of force majeure making the activity dangerous or impossible (weather, transport, breakdown, strike, etc.). The price paid will be refunded to the customer without giving rise to any compensation.

Kata mambo is not responsible for variations in weather conditions during the day. No reimbursement, even partial, can then be demanded.


DOLPHINS ARE WILD AND NATURAL ANIMALS WHOSE OBSERVATION IS VERY REGULAR BUT NOT 100% GUARANTEED


Responsibility of the participant: cancellation by the customer entails the payment of variable costs depending on the date on which it occurs (except medical emergency - medical certificate required)


* Cancellation from 72h to 24h: 50% of the total price will be retained / cancellation from -24h: 100% of the total price will be retained
